Rig Partner Decom AS is part of the Rig Partner Group. Main objectives for the company is to provide decom services in strict compliance with EU regulations, Basel convention and the Hong Kong Convention. The resources within the group and alliances have successfully completed a number of turn key decom projects of Accomodation- and drilling rigs.

The company is set up to purchase assets directly from owner and have a strong financial standing.
SERVICES
Rig Partner Decom AS are set up for turn key decom project and can manage the complete project from purchase of asset, preparation for export & import, lay up management and towage to final destination
Rig Partner Decom have the financial strength to purchase the asset directly from owner
Rig Partner Decom will manage contract and requirements for safe recycling as per EU, Basel and Hong Kong Convention
Rig Partner Decom arrange for towing manual, towing contract and unmooring procedures
Rig Partner Decom manage all aspect related to lay up. This includes insurance, watch keeping and port authorities requirements
Rig Partner Decom prepare the required test and inspection documents for general lay up and emergency preparedness
Rig Partner Decom liaise with any Class Society to ensure that adequate certifcates and verifications are in place for both lay up and towage
